A reliable heating environment is important when manufacturers need to understand how materials and components perform under elevated temperatures. The 400°C Industrial High Temperature Oven provides a controlled thermal environment for laboratory research, product development, quality inspection, baking, and aging applications.
Designed with a 72L working chamber, this oven is suitable for testing electronic products, electrical components, metal parts, automotive components, materials, and other industrial products. Its operating temperature can be set from room temperature up to 400°C, while the recommended working temperature is up to 360°C.
The chamber uses SUS304 stainless steel for the interior, providing a smooth and durable working surface that simplifies routine cleaning. A high-temperature resistant insulation layer helps maintain thermal stability, while stainless steel heating tubes generate the required heat. Internal hot air circulation assists with distributing heat throughout the chamber.
A PID digital temperature controller works together with a K-type thermocouple to monitor and regulate the heating process. The system offers a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C and a display resolution of 0.1°C. Users can also set a heating duration, allowing the oven to automatically stop heating and provide an alarm when the programmed cycle is completed.
Safety is another important consideration in high-temperature applications. The oven includes over-temperature protection as well as electrical protection functions covering grounding, overload, and phase-loss conditions.
With its compact footprint, mobile casters, controlled heating system, and practical chamber capacity, this 400°C high temperature oven offers a versatile solution for thermal aging, material evaluation, product quality testing, and industrial laboratory applications.
