The 400°C High Temperature Oven is designed for controlled heating, baking, drying, and aging tests in laboratories and industrial environments. With a temperature range from room temperature to 400°C, this high temperature oven provides a practical solution for evaluating the thermal performance and durability of electronic components, metal parts, electrical products, automotive components, and other industrial materials.
The ZH-HT-45C features a 72L internal chamber with SUS304 stainless steel construction, offering a smooth surface that is easy to clean and maintain. High temperature resistant insulation helps reduce heat loss, while the stainless steel heating tubes provide stable heating performance. A high temperature circulation fan distributes heated air inside the chamber to support more uniform temperature conditions.
Temperature control is managed through a PID digital controller with a K-type thermocouple sensor. The controller supports single-point temperature regulation and displays both the measured and preset values. The system provides a control accuracy of ±0.5°C, with a display resolution of 0.1°C. A programmable timer can also be used for scheduled heating cycles.
For operational safety, the oven incorporates over-temperature protection and electrical protection functions, including grounding, overload, and phase-loss protection. Movable casters and adjustable fixing feet allow convenient positioning in different laboratory or production environments.
