The Temperature Humidity Vibration Combined Test Chamber is designed to simulate complex environmental conditions by integrating temperature, humidity, and vibration testing in one system. It helps manufacturers and laboratories evaluate product reliability and performance under combined environmental stresses, making it suitable for quality inspection, product development, and environmental reliability testing.
1. Integrated Three-Environment Testing
This temperature humidity vibration test system combines thermal, humidity, and mechanical vibration conditions to help assess product behavior in demanding environments. It supports comprehensive testing of components and assemblies that may experience multiple environmental stresses during operation or transportation.
2. Wide Temperature and Humidity Ranges
The chamber offers configurable high-temperature options of 150°C or 200°C, with low-temperature options including 0°C, -20°C, -40°C, -60°C, -70°C, and -90°C, depending on configuration. The humidity range is 20%–98% RH, with a stated humidity fluctuation of ±2.0% RH. Temperature fluctuation is ±0.5°C, supporting controlled environmental testing.
3. Efficient Thermal Control
The system features a spiral nickel-chromium alloy heater, an insulated chamber structure, and a fully enclosed compressor cooling system. Air-cooled or water-cooled configurations are available. Heating and cooling rates can be selected according to project requirements.
4. Intelligent Control and Flexible Configuration
An imported 7-inch TFT color LCD touch controller provides an intuitive operating interface. The equipment also features a hydraulic control mechanism for automatic lifting, left-right movement, helping accommodate the configured test setup.
5. Durable Chamber Construction
The inner chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The outer enclosure can use galvanized steel with a sprayed surface or SUS304 stainless steel, while the insulation structure combines rigid polyurethane foam and glass fiber insulation.
The Combined Environmental Test Chamber is suitable for applications requiring coordinated temperature, humidity, and vibration simulation. Customized configurations can be selected to match specific testing requirements and laboratory applications.
