Built for durability, the inner chamber uses 1.2mm SUS304 stainless steel with a smooth, heatresistant, easytoclean surface. A 120mm thick hightemperature aluminum silicate cotton insulation layer ensures excellent heat retention, energy efficiency, and safe surface temperature. A longaxis 370W hightemp resistant fan and 7.5inch multiblade turbine wheel deliver uniform internal hot air circulation. A leftside air vent releases excess heat and exhaust, maintaining safe pressure inside the chamber.

Temperature control is powered by a Taiwan Teshow EM705 PID digital controller with LED display and pushbutton operation, offering costeffective singlepoint control with realtime PV/SV readout. The Ktype thermocouple sensor provides fast, accurate sensing with low maintenance. Temperature ranges from room temperature to 400°C (working temp ≤360°C), with control accuracy ±0.5°C, display 0.1°C, fluctuation ±1.0°C, and uniformity ±5.0°C at max temp (noload). Heating uses stainless steel heating tubes; RT to 100°C takes approximately 15 minutes. The timer supports 1s to 9999h timing, autostop and alarm when set time ends.

Powered by AC220V 1phase 50Hz at 4.5KW and 20A, the oven is easy to connect in most workshops. Safety is fully covered: overtemperature protection automatically cuts heating if overset; circuit protection includes grounding, phase loss, overload, and independent disconnect switch. The system ensures safe operation for both samples and equipment.
