Programmable Electrodynamic Shaker System High Frequency Vibration Testing Machine For PCB

3-axis electromagnetic vibration shaker is professional reliability testing equipment designed to simulate real-world vibration conditions for electronics, automotive parts, packaging and other industrial products. It supports three-direction vibration in vertical, horizontal and front-rear axes (X/Y/Z), helping customers verify product vibration resistance and structural stability before mass production.

This vibration test machine features a frequency range of 2~600Hz, and the maximum frequency range can be customized. It achieves 0.1Hz high frequency accuracy, adjustable amplitude from 0 to 5mm and maximum acceleration up to 20g, with a rated test load of 60kg. The excitation adopts electromagnetic drive with electronic amplitude modulation. It can generate sine wave vibration and supports multiple running modes: fixed frequency, sweep, multiplier, program, logarithm and random vibration. The test time can be freely set from 0 to 9999 hours/minutes/seconds to meet diverse test standards.

The vibration table platform measures 500×500mm, powered by 220V single-phase electricity with 1.5KW power consumption and air cooling system. Built-in multi-layer safety protections include grid overvoltage & undervoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, module and platform overheating protection as well as over displacement protection to guarantee stable and safe operation.

The equipment works under ambient temperature 0℃~40℃ and humidity 0-90% non-condensing environment. Standard accessories contain 4 lifting rings, 2 telescopic straps, one set of tools, English manual, factory inspection report and warranty certificate. It is widely used in quality inspection laboratories for vibration durability testing.
