4. Structure and Material

4.1. Material of chamber

The inner and outer boxes are made of A-grade PP polypropylene board with a thickness of 10mm, which is resistant to acid, alkali, and temperature up to 90 ℃

4.2. Sealing cover

A-grade PP polypropylene board, thickness 10mm, surround reinforcement 15mm, acid and alkali resistant, and temperature resistant to 90 ℃. The lid is designed with an optimal top angle of 106 degrees to prevent condensation water generated during the test from dripping onto the sample and affecting the test results. An observation window is installed at the top

4.3. Saline water tank

The saline water is added in a concealed way. The increased saline water tank design can meet the requirement of continuous spray for 3 days. After the saline water is prepared, it is injected from the test drug inlet and then flows into the saline water tank without opening the cover. At the same time, the water level of the saline water can be observed on the side, which is easy to clean and not easy to crack

4.4. Sample shelves

The sample frame adopts a flat indexing frame, with optional placement angles of 15 degrees and 30 degrees. The direction of falling and receiving fog on all four sides is completely consistent

4.5. Saturated tank

Cylindrical PP high-pressure pipe, with a raised design, has a pressure resistance capacity of 5KG, which is 2KG higher than the intake pressure. It has a temperature resistance of 90 ℃ and is not easy to rust. It has a long service life. Compressed air passes through an air saturation generator and is fully exchanged and filtered with distilled water to reach a saturated vapor state, obtaining moist and clean compressed air. By adjusting the temperature of the air saturation generator, temperature balance is ensured; The tracheal material adopts high-quality rubber tubes

4.6. Bottom of the chamber

The bottom of the inner and outer boxes is reinforced with square steel bars, which has strong load-bearing capacity and prevents bottom deformation. The machine base is equipped with universal casters (with brakes) for easy equipment movement and fixation. At the same time, the production process of baking paint is adopted, and a layer of PP groove is added to effectively avoid rust, corrosion and other drawbacks caused by paint peeling

6. Air source supply

The air pressure is adjusted in two stages from 0.7 to 1kg/cm ²

The first adjustment is to use a 2kg/cm ² intake air filter with drainage function; The second adjustment is 1kg/cm ²

7. Spray mode

(1) Adopting the Bernoulli principle to absorb saltwater and then atomize it uniformly without any blockage or crystallization, ensuring continuous testing and intermittent standards

(2) Nozzle: It is made of quartz glass. The spray water supply pipe is equipped with a brine filter, which can last for 4000 hours and ensure that there is no blockage of crystal salt,

(3) Adjustment of spray amount: use 50ML glass to collect two measuring cups, which is convenient for embedded installation and observation, and the salt spray settling amount meets the national standard requirements of 1~2ml/80cm ²/h (average value in 16 hours)

8. Heating system

Adopting a dry heat heating method to reduce the influence of water vapor on pH value, thus ensuring the pH value of salt spray and the accuracy of test results. The heating tube is made of titanium alloy material, strong acids and alkali resistance,with service life of over 5 years. The rear of the machine is equipped with a heating tube maintenance port for easy maintenance and replacement of the heating tube

9. Control system

9.1. Temperature control & Temperature sensor

A. The laboratory adopts Yudian brand temperature control meter, with a temperature control range of 0-99.9 ℃. The digital display type has P.I.D automatic calculation and uses K-type thermocouple sensors with a temperature resolution of 0.1 ℃

9.5. Spray & Defog SSR

The service life of spray and demisting solenoid valve can reach more than 5 years. Press the spray switch to start spray. After the test, press the demisting switch to remove the fog in the laboratory before taking out the product for observation

9.6. One in two out water replenishment solenoid valve

Simply install a supply pipe to achieve bi-directional automatic water replenishment for the laboratory and pressure tank, without the need for manual water replenishment. If the laboratory site is inconvenient for automatic water replenishment, manual water replenishment can be selected

9.7. Sealing method
