1. Overview.

The battery drop test machine is suitable for 3C portable batteries, single cell batteries, cylindrical batteries, soft pack batteries, square batteries, mobile phones (mobile phones), intercoms, electronic dictionaries, and building intercom phones, CD/MD/MP3, Free fall testing of small consumer electronic products and components.

2. Features.

This machine adopts a pneumatic structure. The test piece is placed in a special fixture (adjustable stroke) and clamped firmly. When the drop button is pressed, the cylinder is released, and the test piece will undergo a free fall test. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a height scale is attached to determine the drop height of the test piece. Multiple drop landing plates are available for selection to meet different test standards.
