Sailham Computerized Thermal Deformation Vicat Softening Point Tester is a high-precision, intelligent material thermal performance testing instrument independently developed for non-metallic materials such as plastics, rubber, nylon and electrical insulation materials. It integrates professional measurement technology, intelligent control system and humanized operation design, and is widely used in quality inspection institutions, universities, research institutes and manufacturing enterprises for material thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening point testing, providing authoritative data support for material selection, formula improvement and quality control.

This instrument adopts a high-performance PLC programmable controller combined with a computer control system, realizing full-process intelligent operation. Equipped with real-time temperature and deformation monitoring functions, it can dynamically display test data and curves, enabling operators to grasp the test state intuitively. When the test is completed or the temperature exceeds the limit, the system will automatically stop heating and shut down, effectively ensuring test safety and data validity. It supports one-key generation and printing of test reports and curves, with diversified report formats to meet different data archiving and certification requirements.
In terms of core performance, the instrument has a temperature control range from ambient temperature to 300℃, with a temperature indication accuracy of 0.1℃ and control accuracy of ±0.5℃, fully meeting the high-precision temperature control requirements of material thermal performance tests. It provides four optional heating rates: (120±10)℃/h, (12±1)℃/6min, (50±5)℃/h and (5±0.5)℃/6min, which can be switched freely to adapt to various standard test procedures. The deformation measurement system adopts a high-precision sensor with a range of 0–2mm and an indication error of ±0.001mm, capturing tiny deformation changes of materials with high sensitivity.
The instrument is designed with three sample racks, supporting simultaneous testing of multiple groups of samples, improving test efficiency. The load rod and pallet weigh 68g as standard, and the test span can be selected as 64mm or 100mm according to standards. It can automatically calculate the required load based on test standards and sample size, avoiding manual calculation errors and ensuring strict compliance with test specifications. It supports both thermal deformation test and Vicat softening point test, and the two modes can be switched or run simultaneously, with strong versatility and high integration.

In terms of structural safety and durability, the instrument is equipped with dual over-temperature protection: software over-temperature protection and external mechanical over-temperature protection, forming a dual safety guarantee. The heating medium uses methyl silicone oil or transformer oil, with a 25L oil tank capacity; cooling adopts natural cooling above 150℃ and water cooling / natural cooling below 150℃, with stable and reliable heat exchange efficiency. The sample rack is equipped with an automatic lifting function, which is convenient for sample loading and unloading at the beginning and end of the test, optimizing operation convenience.
This instrument fully complies with a full set of international and domestic standards, including GB/T 1633, GB/T 1634, GB/T 8802, ISO 75-2013, ASTM D 648, ASTM D 1525, etc., and its test data is authoritative and universally recognized.
