1. Product Features:

1.1. The chamber is made of high-pressure polyurethane molding, which has excellent insulation performance and is sturdy and reliable.

1.2. The exterior of the chamber is treated with high-quality cold-rolled steel plate spray coating, and the interior is made of 304 stainless steel liner. The spacing between the shelves inside the chamber is adjustable.

1.3. Using branded compressors and environmentally friendly fluorine free refrigerant (R134a), high efficiency, low energy consumption, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

1.4. Microcomputer PID control, precise and reliable temperature control, minimal fluctuations, with timing function.

1.5. SMOOTH's overall air duct uniformity system provides more precise temperature control.

1.6. Independent temperature limit alarm system, dual temperature limit protection (± 4 ℃ and upper limit 70 ℃), automatically interrupts when the temperature limit is exceeded.

1.7. Standard embedded needle printer and USB data storage, real-time printing of temperature and humidity data and collection of chamber operation data, with traceable records, meeting the data management requirements of pharmaceutical factories.

1.8. Programmable 7-inch color touch screen controller, standard configuration: GMP Level 3 permission management system, audit tracking system.

1.9. There is a 30mm diameter test hole on the left side of the chamber for easy experimental operation and temperature measurement.

1.10. Self diagnostic function, automatic monitoring of faults throughout the process, and intuitive indication of fault codes.

1.11. Adopting a balanced control mode, the humidifier adopts a thermal humidification method for more precise humidity control.

1.12. Standard internal circulation water supply system, condensate can be recycled and reused.

1.13. The humidity control range can be controlled within (20% RH) and the humidity deviation can be controlled within (± 3% RH) by upgrading the refrigeration system (optional)
