1.Function
Ventilation aging test chamber is suitable for heat resistance test of electrical insulating materials, electronic parts, accessories, and plasticized products, etc.; to assess and judge its adaptability for storage and use under high temperature environmental conditions, The performance was measured after aging in the air under simulated high temperature and atmospheric pressure and compared with the performance of unaged samples.
2.Test Standard
Comply with the standard GBT 3512-2014/ISO 188:2011 Rubber, Vulcanized or thermoplastic - Accelerated aging and heat resistance tests.
Method B: Use a cabinet-type hot air aging box with forced ventilation with a fan, with 3-10 air changes per hour or other
non-standard air changes, etc.
3.Ventilation system
1)Ventilation: 3-10 times per hour;
2)Configure the power meter for testing when ventilating and when not ventilating;
3)Ventilation using adjustable duct control, manually adjust the amount of the fresh air;
4)Manually adjustable air flow duct, located at the top of the machine; (exhaust must be discharged to the outside)
5)Ventilation method: natural intake and exhaust.
