Anti-Yellowing Aging Test Chamber is a professional and multifunctional environmental testing device, specially designed to simulate the ultraviolet radiation and thermal effects of natural sunlight. In terms of structural design, the test chamber has a scientific internal space with a reasonable external size, equipped with a height-adjustable mesh turntable sample holder with a diameter of 350mm, which can evenly bear a load of 20kg, ensuring uniform exposure of samples to ultraviolet light and temperature, and improving the consistency of test data. It is recommended that the sample placement space does not exceed three-quarters of the total internal volume to ensure the optimal circulation of air and the uniformity of radiation in the chamber. The inner cavity is made of mirror stainless steel, with excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, while the outer shell adopts spray baking paint process, which is sturdy and durable, and can adapt to long-term laboratory and industrial site use. A centrifugal circulating motor is built in to realize efficient air duct circulation, ensuring the uniform distribution of temperature in the chamber and avoiding local temperature differences affecting test results.

The core performance of the test chamber is outstanding, with a temperature control range of RT+10℃ to 80℃, and the commonly used test temperatures are set at 50±2℃ and 75±2℃, with a temperature deviation of only ±3℃ and a temperature resolution of 0.1℃, realizing precise temperature regulation. It is equipped with a 300W OSRAM ULTRA VITALUX ultraviolet lamp as the light source, with the sample-to-lamp distance adjustable from 100mm to 300mm and the light timing range from 0 to 9999 hours, which can flexibly set test parameters according to different material characteristics and test requirements. The turntable rotation speed is adjustable from 3 to 15RPM, and the device supports irradiation and temperature two functional modes, which can be switched freely to meet different test purposes.

The control system is humanized and intelligent, adopting Xinjie XD5 series PLC and 4.3-inch MCGS touch screen, matched with PT100 three-wire high-precision sensor, which ensures high precision and stability of temperature and light control. The self-developed software has independent copyright and strong scalability, and can be customized and modified according to user needs. The control panel is designed with a flat layout, integrated with power switch, running indicator light and USB interface, which is easy to operate and convenient for data storage and transmission. All circuit lines are clearly marked and equipped with wire terminals for point-to-point connection, with high reliability and long service life, and easy maintenance.

The test chamber is equipped with a comprehensive safety protection system, including heating over-temperature protection, overload, short circuit and leakage protection, and motor overheating protection, which effectively avoids equipment failure and safety accidents caused by abnormal working conditions. It is equipped with a national standard 2.5-meter power cable, and the power supply requires AC220V ± 10%, 50HZ, with an installed power of 2.5KW and a maximum current of 11A. The device has clear requirements for the ambient environment, suitable for use at 5℃~30℃, humidity ≤85% and air pressure 86kPa~106kPa, and needs to be installed on a level ground with good ventilation, far from strong shock, electromagnetic field, flammable, explosive and corrosive materials and dust. The standard accessories include a sample shelf, an instruction manual and a warranty card, and the core components are selected from well-known brands around the world, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
It should be noted that the test chamber has strict sample use limitations, and explosive, flammable substances or materials containing such substances cannot be used as test samples; corrosive substances are not allowed to enter the tank, and organisms or substances exceeding the allowable calorific value are also prohibited from being tested, so as to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and the accuracy of test results.
