This is a high-precision melt flow rate tester used to measure the MFR/MVR values of various plastics and resins in a viscous flow state through a certain temperature and load, passing through a standard die every 10 minutes. It is suitable for engineering plastics such as polycarbonate, polyarylsulfone, fluoroplastics, nylon, etc. with high melting temperatures, as well as for testing plastics with lower melting temperatures such as polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), ABS resin, polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC) resin, etc.
It widly used in plastic production, plastic products, petrochemicals and other industries, as well as related universities, research units and inspection departments.

Product advantages.
1. Multi stage (3-stage) temperature control method, 3 sets of platinum resistance sensors, 3 heating sleeves for individual temperature control, high-precision intelligent PID regulation, adjustable heating slope or heating speed;
2. The temperature resolution is 0.1 ℃, the temperature uniformity is 0.2 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation within 24 hours does not exceed 0.5 ℃. The displacement sensor resolution is 0.001mm.

4. Integrated manual and automatic cutting, with adjustable cutting time (0~999) and cutting frequency (0~999);
5. During testing, either the mass method (MFR) or the volume method (MVR) can be selected, or both testing methods can be performed simultaneously, and the flow rate ratio can be calculated. Both methods start testing when the piston rod moves to a certain position.
6. Built in temperature stability alert, and added a 240 second (GB3682 standard) countdown for material preheating seconds. After the countdown ends, a prompt sound will be emitted, and preheating times such as American standard (ASTM) can also be set.
7. Built in multiple plastic material melt index testing conditions, convenient for customers to access and use at any time, reducing tedious workload, and storing the last testing conditions and results;
8. Built in micro printer for easy printing of test data;
9. High precision touch screen controller, 7-inch touch screen, can store and print the latest test conditions and data. The test print menu settings include test time (system default), operator, material name, test method, test conditions (temperature, weight, cutting time interval), test result data, and manual judgment of test results as OK or NG,
10. Reserved RS 232 interface or USB interface for connecting to a computer, which can be used to control instrument operation and transfer and save test data to the computer,
